· Passages That Float·

Photographic postcards with graphite and typewritten prose embodying cyclical self reflection tied to a familiar place. In pinhole shooting, utilized in Passages that Float, its simplicity in the pin-sized aperture becomes a meditation on time and its impermanence. Mirroring my personal ties to the Great Lakes, I invite viewers to partake in the alchemy of reflection: ever-shifting sands and cold freshwater, subject to eroding shorelines, reflects the universal journey of reconciling with the past, navigating the present and embracing the uncertainty of the future.
